Terms of Service

Scope: These Terms currently apply to Atomic Design Extractor Pro, a Figma plugin by Current Labs. As we release additional products, this page will be updated accordingly.

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Atomic Design Extractor Pro ("the Service"), a Figma plugin operated by Current Labs ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing to the Service, or using the Figma plugin, you ("you" or "the User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

These Terms govern your use of the Atomic Design Extractor Pro plugin and the associated web application.

2. Description of the Service

Atomic Design Extractor Pro is a Figma plugin that analyzes and audits design components using artificial intelligence. The Service includes:

The Service requires a separate account at our web application and an active paid subscription. The plugin connects to our cloud server for AI-powered analysis of your Figma components.

To use the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth sign-in. You agree to:

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

The Service is available as a monthly subscription at $5.99 per month. All payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record on our behalf.

5. Free Trial

New subscribers are eligible for a 7-day free trial with full access to the Service. The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.

To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the trial period ends. Each user is eligible for one free trial only.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal, accessible from your dashboard. Upon cancellation:

You may request a full refund within 30 days of any payment, no questions asked. This applies to your first subscription payment as well as any subsequent renewal. All refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, and are typically completed within 5–10 business days.

Our property: Current Labs retains all rights, title, and interest in the Atomic Design Extractor Pro plugin, server software, AI analysis logic, and associated documentation.

Your property: You retain full ownership of your Figma designs, components, and original creative work. We claim no ownership over your design files or content.

AI-generated metadata, descriptions, scores, and suggestions produced by the Service are provided for your use. Current Labs retains rights to the underlying AI models, analysis algorithms, and processing logic.

9. AI-Processed Data Disclaimer

The Service uses third-party artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) to analyze your Figma component data. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice when possible.

We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will endeavor to notify users of planned downtime in advance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us first. We will try to resolve the matter within 30 days.
